Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 cups onions
  • -16 °C anchovies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Peel and julienne the potatoes into thin strips.
