- 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200 grams mussels, cleaned
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the calamari, shrimp, and mussels for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked. Drain and set aside to cool.
