Ingredients

  • 200 grams pork belly
  • 200 grams shrimp
  • 300 grams rice noodles
  • 1 liter chicken or pork broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 100 grams bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks green onions

Method

    In a pot, bring the chicken or pork broth to a simmer over medium heat.

    Add the sliced pork belly to the broth and cook for about 15 minutes until tender.
