Ingredients
- 500 ml nuttywheat flour
- 140 ml cake flour
- 40 ml digestive bran
- 70 ml brown sugar
- 20 ml bicarb
- 500 ml maas
- 180 ml oil
- 190 ml milk
- sesame / poppy / sunflower & other seeds
Method

Set oven to 180°C.

Grease two loaf tins and sprinkle with sesame / poppy seeds on sides and bottom.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Mix milk, maas, and oil.

Mix wet and dry ingredients.

Pour into two loaf tins.

Bake for ~45 mins, slice only when cold.
