- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 liter beef broth
- 2 medium bell peppers

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the chopped onions. Sauté until soft and translucent.

Add the minced garlic and continue to sauté for another minute until fragrant.

Stir in the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.

Add the sweet paprika, caraway seeds, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to coat the meat.

Pour in the beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours until the beef is tender.

After the beef is tender, add the chopped bell peppers and diced potatoes. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
