Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb meat
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 5 pieces candlenuts
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 3 pieces kafir lime leaves

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
