Ingredients

  • 500 grams fish fillets (such as mackerel or snapper)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons gulai spice paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 leaves lime leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
