Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup oil for frying
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
