- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough.

Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cardamom powder to create the sweet filling.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle, about 5 inches in diameter.

Place a spoonful of the sweet filling in the center of each circle, fold over, and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the Gosh-e-Feel until they are golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each.
