IngredientsWhat you need
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream the ghee and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
- 3
Gradually add the sifted flour and cornstarch to the mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Scoop small portions of the dough and shape them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- 6
Gently press an almond on top of each dough ball.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- 8
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Enjoy your Ghorayeba with tea or coffee.
