Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gari (cassava flour)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked protein (optional)

Method
