- 3 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

In a large bowl, combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and ground white pepper to create the marinade.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.

Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium heat.
