Ingredients

  • 400 grams duck breast
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 1 cup sliced bamboo shoots
  • 3 leaves kaffir lime leaves

Method

    In a medium pot, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the red curry paste until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

    Add the duck breast slices and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
