- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 lemon juiced

Rinse the soaked fava beans under cold water.

In a large pot, combine the rinsed fava beans and water, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
