Ingredients

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g instant yeast
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups onions
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 cup grated cheese

    In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt together.

    Gradually add the warm water and 25 ml of olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

    Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

    Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

    While the dough rises, sauté the onions in the remaining olive oil until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Stir in oregano and set aside.
