  • 2 cups dried red beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

    Rinse and soak the dried red beans in water overnight.

    In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
