- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 8 skewers wooden or metal skewers

In a large bowl, combine the pork or beef cubes, vegetable oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated.
