Ingredients

  • 500 g pork shoulder or beef
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 skewers wooden or metal skewers

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the pork or beef cubes, vegetable oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated.

    Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
