Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg whole chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

    Rub the marinade all over the whole chicken, making sure to get under the skin for extra flavor.

    Place the chicken in a roasting pan, breast side up, and allow it to rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
