  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 50 g dried fruit
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and golden syrup over low heat, stirring until smooth.
