- 125 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 g thinly sliced onions
- 150 g bacon lardons

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
