Ingredients

  • 300 grams potatoes
  • 200 grams carrots
  • 150 grams peas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 150 grams tuna
  • 200 grams mayonnaise
  • 50 grams red bell pepper
  • to taste salt

Method

    Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.

    In the same pot, boil the diced carrots and peas together for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, carrots, peas, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and drained tuna.
