Indulge in the unique flavors of Southeast Asia with this creamy durian dessert, enriched with coconut milk and glutinous rice. Perfect for a tropical treat after dinner or a special occasion with friends!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Durian fruit
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Pandan leaf
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Glutinous rice
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts

Method

    Carefully open the durian and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

    In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, sugar, and salt until well combined.

    If using pandan leaf, add it to the coconut milk mixture for flavor and let it steep for 5 minutes, then remove.
