- 1 whole Durian fruit
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Pandan leaf
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Glutinous rice
- 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts

Carefully open the durian and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, sugar, and salt until well combined.

If using pandan leaf, add it to the coconut milk mixture for flavor and let it steep for 5 minutes, then remove.
