- 1 cup minced meat
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 leaves grape leaves
- 1 cup water
Method

Rinse the rice under cold water and soak it in water for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the soaked rice, minced meat, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Blanch the grape leaves in boiling water for a few minutes to soften them, then drain.

Place a spoonful of the rice and meat mixture on each grape leaf and roll them tightly.

Arrange the dolmas in a pot, seam side down, and add water to cover them completely.
