- 2 tablespoons doenjang (Korean fermented soybean paste)
- 1 cup tofu, firm
- 1 cup zucchini
- 1 cup korean radish (mu)
- 1 cup mushrooms (shiitake or enoki)
- 2 cups water or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 small green chili pepper
Method

In a pot, bring the water or vegetable broth to a boil over medium heat.

Add the doenjang to the boiling water and stir well to dissolve.

Add the sliced zucchini, cubed Korean radish, and mushrooms to the pot.

Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cubed tofu, minced garlic, and sliced green chili pepper (if using) to the pot.
