Ingredients

  • 1 kg tripe
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 liter water
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
