Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 250 grams pork mince
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

    In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water to form a smooth dough. Knead for about 5 minutes.

    In another bowl, mix the pork mince, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cabbage, and sesame oil until well combined.
