- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander

Clean the dagaa thoroughly under running water. If using dried dagaa, soak them in water for about 10 minutes to soften.

In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well.

Add the cleaned dagaa to the marinade, ensuring that they are well coated. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
