Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup palm sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pandan extract
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

    In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, coconut milk, palm sugar, salt, and pandan extract until you have a smooth batter.
