Ingredients

  • 4 links bratwurst sausages
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 rolls fresh bread rolls
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method

    In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

    Add the bratwurst sausages to the pan and fry them until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
