Savor the adventurous taste of crocodile skewers marinated in a zesty blend of olive oil, soy sauce, and spices. Perfect for a weekend barbecue or an exotic dinner party that will impress your guests!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams crocodile meat, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 skewers metal or soaked wooden skewers

Method

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

Add the crocodile meat cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated.

  3. 3

Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.

  4. 4

Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

  5. 5

Thread the marinated crocodile meat cubes onto the skewers.

  6. 6

Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

  7. 7

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  8. 8

Serve the crocodile skewers hot, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauce or side salad.
