- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 bunch fresh parsley

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef ribs and sear them until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the ribs and set them aside. In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Sprinkle the smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper into the pot, stirring well to combine.

Return the beef ribs to the pot and pour in the beef broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven. Let it braise for about 3-4 hours, until the ribs are tender and falling off the bone.
