- 400 grams pork chop
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 pieces fried eggs
- 1 cup pickled vegetables
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1 tablespoon green onions

Rinse the broken rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

Cook the broken rice in a rice cooker or pot according to package instructions. Set aside once done.
