- 900 grams potatoes
- 200 grams cabbage
- 100 grams scallions
- 100 milliliters milk
- 50 grams butter

Place the peeled and quartered potatoes in a large pot and cover them with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

Once the potatoes are boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until they are tender.

In a separate pot, bring a small amount of water to boil and add the finely chopped cabbage. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain.
