- 450 grams bacon
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 liter chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley

In a large pot, cook the pork sausages over medium heat until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, add the diced bacon and cook until crispy. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Layer the sliced potatoes over the onions, followed by the cooked sausages.
