Ingredients

  • 4 links chorizo sausages
  • 4 pieces crusty bread rolls
  • 1 cup chimichurri sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste none salt
  • to taste none black pepper

    Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    Drizzle olive oil over the chorizo sausages to prevent sticking.
