- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 liter vegetable or chicken broth
- 200 grams chickpeas
- 1 cup vermicelli pasta
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
Method

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, and paprika. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
