- 1 cup chickpeas (canned or boiled)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- salt to taste salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Method

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.

Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the chickpeas to the pan and stir to mix everything together. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
