Indulge in a rich and creamy Choc Pie, where velvety chocolate meets a buttery crust, creating a delightful dessert perfect for family gatherings or a cozy evening treat.

- 2 sq Bakers Choc
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method

Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.

Mix flour, sugar, and salt together and stir into chocolate.

Add scalded milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens (about 15 minutes).

Beat egg yolks well and stir in a little chocolate mixture.

Pour into the rest of the hot mixture and cook 3 minutes more, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, cool, and add vanilla.

Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
