- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Marinate the cleaned prawns with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat until it starts smoking slightly.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for another 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink (about 5-7 minutes).
