- 250 grams small shrimp (cleaned)
- 1 large onion
- 2 green green chilies
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves

In a pan, heat the mustard oil on medium heat until it starts to smoke slightly.

Add the chopped onions and green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onions turn translucent.

Add the cleaned shrimp to the pan along with salt and turmeric powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.

Remove the pan from heat and let the shrimp mixture cool slightly.

Once cooled, mash the shrimp mixture into a coarse paste using a fork or a masher.
