Ingredients

  • 250 grams dried beef or charqui
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 4 cups water
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

    In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

    Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
