  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste seasoning
