- 200 grams fresh white fish (like tilapia or sole)
- 200 grams shrimp
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 medium chili pepper
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 cup peruvian corn (choclo)
Method

In a large bowl, combine the fish and shrimp.

Pour the freshly squeezed lime juice over the seafood. Make sure it is completely submerged.

Add the thinly sliced red onion, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped chili pepper to the mixture.

Mix everything gently, cover the bowl, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.

Once marinated, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. You can add salt to taste.

Serve the ceviche in bowls, garnished with slices of sweet potato and corn if using.
