  • 1 kg yellow potatoes

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon black olives

    Boil the yellow potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
