Indulge in the heartwarming flavors of French cassoulet, a slow-cooked stew brimming with tender white beans, rich duck confit, and savory sausages. Ideal for cozy gatherings or a comforting weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams duck confit

Method

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

  2. 2

In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
