- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 grams duck confit
- 150 grams pork sausage
- 1 cup smoked bacon
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon bay leaf

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

Add the sliced sausage and bacon to the pot, cooking until browned. Stir in the thyme and season with salt and pepper.

Add the soaked and drained white beans, duck confit, chicken stock, and bay leaf. Bring to a simmer.

Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven. Cook for about 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender.
