- 125 ml oil
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml brown sugar
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 5 ml mixed spice
- 5 ml cinnamon
- 500 ml grated carrot (~4 carrots)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- nuts (optional)
Method

Mix oil, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla essence.
