Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Carling Black Label beer
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 500 grams white fish fillets
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • to taste none salt and pepper

    In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

    Gradually whisk in the Carling Black Label beer until the batter is smooth.

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
