Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 200 grams fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

  • to taste pinch freshly ground black pepper
