  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt to taste salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Method

  1. 1

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

  5. 5

Crumble the Cabrales cheese over the hot potatoes and cover the pan for a couple of minutes to allow the cheese to melt.

  6. 6

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  7. 7

Serve warm as a delicious street food snack.
