- 250 g Bryndza cheese
- 1 cup potatoes
- 1 cup onions
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until they are soft and translucent.

Add the diced potatoes to the pot and stir for a few minutes until they begin to soften.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the Bryndza cheese, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat.
